ID on hand blown amber glass ashtray

    Does anybody have any idea who made this ashtray and when. The top surface and the opening have been ground and polished with 3 cigarette rests. The bumps around the edge have been applied rather crudely. The diameter without the bumps is 4" and it's about 1.5" high.
