Featured ID of stone in pendant please :-)

    Apologies this is probably very modern but any ideas what the stones could be please?
    Mary Contrary gem tester says they are def stones not glass but declines to narrow it down to less than every known gem in our universe :rolleyes:.
    It is very sparkly, much more than in the photos (light is poor here) and it really is that pale violet/bluey/purple colour. Stamped 925 twice.
    Pleased to find this today at the car boot- just when I was thinking there wasn’t going to be anything good there this jumped into my hand from a tangle of costume :happy:

    There's a lot of reflections... dust,air bubbles,dirt?Several stones appear to have broken corners.

    If it is indeed a stone. Check out IOLITE. Could also be man made Alexandrite, but I would expect to see a stronger color shift in that.

    Its very reflective but not dirty and no broken corners. I think the stones aren't very expertly cut as the facets are somewhat random!.


    To be fair to Mary Contrary Iolite was her top choice but I didn't believe her so maybe I should trust her more. Now that i've googled it looks spot on.
