I would appreciate any information on this silver braclet decorated with gilded engraving with a blak?? type material inside.

its marked with 800 plus oak leaf type mark that we usually see in dutch gold items.

It is not the oak leaf mark, it is the Dutch weight mark used from 1906 onward. It is usually used for silver items with appendages like chains, fobs, dangles. The number inside the mark refers to the weight.
Marote, you are looking at early 19th century Southern Netherlands/Belgian marks. A century too early and a different country.:D

(Admittedly Dutch Limburg was Belgian at the time, but we are not talking about an early 19th century Limburg bracelet here.)

Hi, could you post a photo of the entire bracelet please, and if you can a closeup of the marks?
And are there any other marks?

I cropped and tweak the photo, but the weight mark is too dirty to see the number(s) inside the mark. Theoretically there should be something attached to the bracelet.

The 8100N(?) mark could be a manufacturer's code.

Your mark is one of the marks on the right of the page, the ones with the four pointy thingies:

    I couldn't find any other marks. I cleaned the mark part a bit better and i see a 3 on it 20250121_143903_copy_1209x1612.jpg 20250121_143842_copy_1209x1612.jpg 20250121_144332-0_copy_432x720.jpg

Thanks. The 3 in the weight mark refers to 3 units of 5, so 15 grams.
It is a dainty bracelet, but is it only 15 grams?
Pity, so no fineness mark, but there is the Dutch weight mark.
The weight mark shows that it was presented at an assay office. It could have been stamped with the weight mark only, because if it is 800 silver it is below legal fineness (BWG zilver, Beneden Wettelijk Gehalte). Not legally recognized as silver, so no legal fineness mark.

Stylewise I would say early 20th century. Possibly made in Germany for the Dutch market.

Not a proper assay mark. It is a mark a manufacturer stamps on an item, but it has no legal guarantee.

It could have had a safety chain. Those are sometimes lost.
Could you post a focused photo of it?

It looks like patinated textured silver.

I strongly suspect it’s a good pforzheim maker. Those complex really well constructed pieces often are.
