I was thinking this is an ice bucket, but the ones I see online are wider at the top than the bottom. Is this a bowl or is it missing a top? Any ideas to who made it and when. It is about 7" tall and the opening is 4.5" wide. There are no marks on the bottom. Thank you for your help.

Looks mid-century to me. Flowers may be stylized honeysuckle or fuschia? Perhaps a utensil jar?

Or a cannister missing the lid
I think later color wise, 70s-80s or after.

The slight upward taper shape says cannister missing lid to me as well.
