I have this surrealism artwork need help

Hello! I've been trying to figure out what this artwork is or who made it. Does anyone know or could give me a lead? Thank you.

Looks like seaweed . Impossible to tell what medium its in .

 

I actually think it is sideways in the pic.....and it is a picture of a lion seahorse.

 

I thought it was a woman's face...it's on metal

It's interesting that it is on metal. Is it etched into the metal? or painted on it....... Interesting item for sure. I sure don't see a woman's face anywhere , but I saw the seahorse right away. Can't help much more then that. I'm not much of an art person. I'm sure somebody will be by soon that can help more

 

The more I look at it the more I see. There are some fish in the background and what might be an octopus near the front fins. I'm sure there is more that I can't make out

I think 'I really don't care' is the most positive reaction you could get to this and to me it is a bit annoying, like an infant bringing you a big dog turd to admire.

 

There are other ways of telling someone you don't like something, without being rude.

I found your response offensive.
And a new member won't understand your type of response, as they haven't been here long enough to pick up on our different personalities.

The sent from my whatever using tapatalk is something that I have seen cropping up on other groups with some frequency. It is some kind of app that allows phones to use groups more effectively or something like that. The OP would need to edit that out after posting if they can do it at all.

 

Bdigger... that was some genius there, finding the fish! I saw none of it until your post!

now seeing a better picture of the pic below......what I thought was an octopus, looks like the tail of a big fish bent around. Looking in the eye area I see what looks like an L with something else after it. It may just be an eye,,,,,,but I wonder if it could be a signature too? Hmmmmm

I looked at the area and it's the eyes for the fish. Also, the reason why I turned the artwork vertical was because not only is there an underwater artwork, but there is a face. Below I have posted it. I have too many artwork I need to get verified. Do you think sotheby's auction might be able to find out?

I think you are seeing something that is simply not there. It is a Leafy Sea Dragon and a bunch of little fish.
