So, I picked up these two sake jars. I did some research and see the same marks on a website selling jar with same mark and calling it a Kutani Shoza signature and she is selling it for $185.00. So, I look on ebay and find same marks for $19 and up. Of course not the same paintings as mine. I can't find them but, what makes one worth $185 and another worth $19?

Sometimes the age, mostly the seller's fancy.

So, Kutani Shoza jars are worth nothing unless someone will pay something?

They are always worth something, but price depends on different factors, like quality, age, condition, location, etc.

So, how can I find out what mine are worth? How can I find the age? I thought Kutani was long gone, no?

The mark just says Kutani. I suspect the Shoza is referring to style, which is use of lots of color and gold, developed by Shoza. I hate to say keyword spamming, but maybe. You can find a bazillion similar sake bottles sold in gift sets.
