Or at least, a few days in a nice hotel. Which was weird.

Anyhow, met up with a friend of a friend and she had a little antiques booth, so this had to be done. The silver ones look Edwardian and will get clips added. The camphor glass ones are lovely, pat pending clips, but they need tightening.

Looks like the rings between the sashes/ribbons and the chains are brass replacements. My guess is that they didn't have the chains originally, but just dangled from earhooks.

 

They might well be a bit earlier. Yes, agreed - the buckles are the old part. I thought they were so unusual.

I love both of those. I’m going to ask my standard question as to if the little green gems glow?

My guess would be not, but you never know. The bows do look older than Edwardian to me too.

 

No green glow, but the camphor glass does. Staring at the buckles a bit more, I'm now thinking 1880s ish. They're more in the style of a ring and a bangle which live somewhere in the Hoard.
