Hungarian water pitcher?

This looks pretty recent, or possibly vintage. Was at my thrift (with a tag from an out of town antique store still on it) that said, "Hungarian Water Pitcher". Once in a blue moon I see donations from antique stores on the shelves of this thrift. Not a common occurrence, but this particular piece had that description since it was from another store.

Hungarian water pitcher may be exactly what it is, but wondered if anyone was familiar with these. The opening (down in spout) is so small (4 holes, sort of looks like an animal paw form, each individual hole about 1/4 inch in diameter) you would never ever be able to get inside to clean it if needed.

It has a signed mark on the base I have no hope of deciphering.

Just curious of anyone has run across these and whether correct to call "Hungarian". I'm not thinking it is an antique, it feels too new. Just wanted to know if the antique store had it right and if I decide to sell,
    how to list.

    Thanks!

Thanks, Cx. Yes, has a spout of sorts on the handle. I have no idea how it is supposed to work, seems like the water would get stuck in there, the holes are so small.

I also found an older one on Ebay:

Having now seen three, I think the tag was probably correct, "Hungarian water jug". Mine is not an antique for sure, but I think someone will want it for decorative value.

that hole on the handle made me think of those puzzle steins, not sure if this would be the same idea.
Hope it does well for you:)
