More vintage than antique. I picked this up the other day. Stands 3" tall, 6 3/8" across the opening and is 2 1/4" deep. Signed on bottom along with a tag Hand Painted by Christine M. Sears. 1962

    Hi Kath!

It appears to be an old wooden measure that Christine chose to paint a likeness of a Hummel figure. Very cute.
