Featured HUGE porcelain charger. Please help ID maker.

    This huge charger / plaque is apx 80 cm without the frame. Can anyone identify the maker mark?

    The CIE would lead one to believe it was French.

    Wowser, that's huge. Must be heavy. I did not know that Creil and Montereau joined with Choisy le Roy at some point.
