    ? Is it ivory. I can’t find the blood lines if it’s bone.

    I'd say "not very". Old, that is. At least not as these things go; I'd think 1980s somewhere.

    I see the dark spots in the tusks.
    a recent tourist item of this ilk would not have used ivory.. imo
