How old are these paintings?

    These are just a couple pieces out of the house were in.
    The lighting is terrible in that house, sorry I dont have better pictures..

    The lady looks like a painted photograph,very popular late 1800s,early 1900s. The painting looks kinda interesting,could we get a close up of the signature ? That eye glass collection could be the most valuable thing in the bunch,thats VERY cool !
