how much do you think it is worth? plaster bust

    Hello everyone!

    I hope your having a good day!

    I have this plaster bust, made by Italian sculpture Emilio Marsili, it depict historian Niccolo Barozzi. It is made in 1906. This plaster was proabably made just for practice ? Because it exist in marble too and it is in Venice in museum.

    I was looking how much it could be worth... so his works, the busts are estimated from 2k-3k... but i dont know... how much do you all think that it is worth ? and why it was made in plaster, if he than chiseled it in marble ?

    Here are pictures of plaster and the marble one in museum...and his signature on the plaster...oh and the mesurments: 65 x 60 cm / 25,5 x 23,6 inch

    I got estimation from roman museum! They said that it is worth from 1k-2k...

    but anyway if anyone of you have some thoughts on this i will love to hear it
