How can one flatten a watercolor? Can water marks be removed?

Image_5__1720100431_94206.jpg I know who the artist is Frances Lachman but cannot afford to take it to a restoration place. Anything I can do to help it though? I'm amazed the colors did not bleed. I am guessing an iron on the back. Any suggestions on removing what I think are water marks? Do you see water marks? I know I will have to remove it from the frame. Image.jpeg Image 2.jpeg View attachment 490839 Image_3__1720097967_24631.jpg

What an attractive presentation. I'd think best left alone if you don't want to have professionally restored.

Yes it is. Thank you. Do you have any ideas as to costs of something like that?

No, I don't. Sure to vary from market to market though. You can always call a local reputable framer and get a quote.
