    Any direction on who this artist is? I feel like I have exhausted all resources.

    Pictures provided by friend. Im currently asking for a picture of the back too.

    Looks like a decorative painting, done for department store sales. I'm basing this off of the "wet look" of the oil paints, pulled up from the thick surface. You don't show the back, is it on stretched canvas? Or board? The frame could be 1980s or 90s, is it wood?
