Hinged lid basket. Northwest Coast?

This was described as NWC or possibly Inuit when I bought it a few years ago. Would be good to get it figured out for sure. Thinking I’ll probably sell my baskets as I don’t really have space to display them. It’s about 6” tall and 8” wide. Seems to have some legitimate age. Stained on one side. What do you basket folks have to say?

I haven't seen this particular form, with its unusual hinge and clasp before, on a basket, but the material appears to be a type of palm fiber, which rules out Native American or Inuit. Palm has a duller finish than similar materials that PNW basket makers use.

I can't tell for sure from the photo, but it appears on my screen that the colors that originally were there, may have been brown/black, pale green, and rust, associated with the baskets made by the Hausa of Nigeria.
