Hi

Hi I wish I had found this forum years ago - it looks very good. The reason for me joining today is that my 80 year old neighbour showed me a dish that her late husband bought around 30 years ago and she wondered if it was of any value. The only marking I see on it is 1899 in gold lettering on the back. Has anybody seen anything similar?

The form of your dish says 1950s-60s to me (yeah, about 30 years ago), but the people who REALLY know this stuff will be along soon............

Hey Dawn - just a suggestion - start a new thread on the Potter Forum for your dish. Many people don't look at the introductions thread all the time (SO MANY new faces that they just go in once in awhile to catch up all at once).

And one more photo showing the entire bottom amy help as well (the other photos are good!) SOMEWHERE there are instructions on how to insert your photos and use the Full Size option so that your photos are large enough for the oldsters (my self in particular!) can see the details!
