Hi, I'm a rookie Antiquer! :)

    Hello,
    Just getting into learning more about antiques! My husband and I are known as "junkers" by our kids. They know when we go on a trip we are always stopping in the strangest places looking for odd and unique pieces. I'm hoping to learn more about all our treasures on this site.

    How strange, btw, is strange? For me, tag sales full of kid stuff are a strange place to buy old stuff, but the best things turn up in the goofiest places. BTW - welcome aboard!

    we like the strange, off the road little junk stores. The dusty old places where you have to dig around to find treasures. :)
