    Hi, Nice find. The artist's signature is that of Otto Goetze.
    Otto Goetze was a German visual artist born in 1868, and died in 1929.
    Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'In Betrachtung' sold at Heritage Auction Galleries, Dallas 'The Boss Star Fine Art Signature Auction' in 2012.
