    I think so!!! And from an unusual perspective... most paintings and pictures are of the other side(s). This is the closest I could find from the point of view of the above artist.

    It's probably an 80s tourist souvenir. I keep finding French ones here, both watercolors and prints. This looks like the Russian version.
