Henry Bourne Bon Bon Bowl? Any Information Greatly Appreciated

    I have been going through a box of EPNS donated to the RSPCA and have come across this bowl, It looks like a bon bon bowl but seems to have the H.B. Marking of Henry Bourne who I have no knowledge of making bon bon bowls, also there is no EPNS stamp on this one and another stamp I again have no knowledge of, (as you can probably guess at this point, I am no expert :)

    If anyone has any information regarding this piece I would love to hear from you,

    Silverplate sugar basket by Henry Bourne, late 19th century...

    The tarnishing on the sides is characteristic of EPNS.
