Help with watercolor artist and Inscription, Polish?

Trying google translate but i can't make out some of the letters in some of these words.
the artist looks like Reuato Kuldo. But maybe not lol.

Thanks Susan, i tried it every way so she or he must be an unknown. I hope someone comes along to translate this for me.

 

Just figured out that the first word of the title is Głuchołazy - I had thought the second and seventh letters were t, but they were ł, which is like an L with a slash through it.

Głuchołazy is a town in Poland -- near the border with the Czech Republic.
