Help with vase and markings on it.

Hello all,
I recently picked up this vase at a local store and I had a few questions about it. Someone may recognize the vase and be able to answer my questions.
It is a blue and white vase appx. 15"tall and is bird and floral motif. Upon first glance it seems pretty new, under magnification of a 10x loupe you can see the start of some crazing. I understand it can be made to have crazing intentionally. The vase looks awfully shiny to be old.
On the base of the vase is what seems to be a qianlong seal mark,I can recognize some of the seal script but it gets confusing after looking at images of seal mark for hours. Can anyone tell me what this says please? Also on the inside of the neck of the vase is a blue mark that looks like a V ive never seem a little mark like that it maybe just some type of error I'm not sure.

I think it's Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi.

 

Yes, it is a Qianlong mark, but from a later period. Qianlong marks were often copied in later periods, as a reference to a period that gave a great boost to Chinese arts. The V is a mistake, and something you wouldn't see on a Qianlong period piece.
