Help with Taizan Yohei IX vessel

I have acquired a large Taizan Yohei IX marked vessel. Approx 36" x 15" square. It has a few chips and cracks. Should I have repaired?

 

can we see the mark ?

I bought that totem in California. I have another one just like it in my garage no place to put it.I have a number of totem poles including a 14' one in my. Living room.

 

Very impressive looking vessel. The photo of the mark is terrible (have a look)

It's all I got right now. Too heavy to take down to get a better picture of the mark. I'm not worried about the mark. My question is should I have it repaired?

 

Before you get it repaired,stabilize it before the next big California Quake.I lived near the San Andreas Fault for decades-no joke.

 

Can’t really see any large cracks (or Iam wrong) I only see minor chips/damage. But there’s nothing that undermines the integrity of the vessel right? Do you know of a specialist that can do the minor repairs properly?Someone that you have successfully used before. Personally I will leave it as is. But other more knowledgeable members will know best. But that is really one ‘hell of a’ thing.
