Help With Signature On Japanese Pottery Wash Bowl

    I think the piece is made in the style of Ogata Kenzan but need help with translating the characters.

    Found another piece with different shape and decoration but same glaze. Signature looks different too. Wonder what is the term for that type of ware?

    the closest I can find is Shino ware. Maybe mixed with Oribe style decoration.

    I should have been clearer; though the mark on the first piece is a bit haphazard, I think both pieces are marked 暁山 Gyouzan.
