Help With Signature On 1975 Paper Collage

    Any suggestions on the name?

    I wonder what is the idea behind the composition? Maybe that address has something to do with it? Currently there is a medical center located at Via Monterosa 3 in Milan, Italy but don't know what was there in 1975. I see the Death at the upper right and a creepy face the the upper left. But then you have the smiling female smimmer? face.
