Help With Siggy On Harbor Oil Painting

    Does indeed appear to be Naples.

    If you haven't done so already, you should check to see if the frame is covering up part of artist's signature. What's visible appears to be "C. Picall" but more likely to be "C. Picalli" (or some such.)

    Think you might be right. "Picolli" appears to be more common Italian surname than "Picalli."
