Help With Sculpture Signature

    fig1.jpg sig1.jpg 2.jpg I would be thankful for any help identifying the artist who made this small 7.5" tall sculpture. A google photo search did not find a match. The piece is signed on the underside, but it's really difficult to read. Appears to be a limited edition as well...

    I wonder,can you unscrew it from the base ? To me it looks like it *may* be an Asian signature.

    Agreed...but it is certainly not a typical Asian motif...I'm curious, too.
