Help With Rug

Hi,
I'm always looking for rugs for myself and never know what to look for. They look nice but I'm never sure if the price is too high, are they machine made, brand new or have age. So far I haven't purchased one as I don't want to spend a bunch of money if the rug will not hold up.
I've been poking around on-line but thought that maybe folks that knows rugs could give me some ideas.
This is one that I'm looking at now - 9' x 8', looks good to me but I really know nothing.
Any information appreciated.

Looks new from either India or Pakistan. Machine made.

That was quick,thank-you greg how can you tell it is machine made? I've been trying to figure that out by looking at photos on-line but they all seem the same to me.

The fringe was added on not part of its manufacture. When you look at the back it is perfectly even stitching.
