    Hello Everyone!

Hope you are having a lovely Spring! Crazy weather here in MA! UP & Down & Up & Down lol Outdoor flea markets are gonna have a tough time if it keeps up!

Any who! I purchased this photo from a fellow who said it was a Masonic Sports Club. He had found two references to such a name, one being in NJ the other in Canada.

Was trying to get some info on the group. See if what he was saying was correct. I found reference to the NJ one but it seems they were a soccer team and the uniforms don't say soccer to me.

I should mention the photo was taken in Boston, MA :)

Any opinions or help would be greatly appreciated! IMG_3841.JPG IMG_3840.JPG IMG_3839.JPG

    Warmest Regards,
    Scantic

Haha!! I really loved him! But my favorite is the Pug with it's head perfectly between the rails next to the Dinners sign! Seated perfectly on a chair!

I was thinking the pants these guys were wearing weren't really appropriate for any sport - but boating? Absolutely! Good find, Kronos!

Do you guys think that is the "Barge" ?

I don't think so. The "barge" should be propelled by all those beefy men rowing it.

Well now, I answered without enlarging the picture - on the basis of the smokestack. But it does look like there are several diagonally placed boards hanging off the side - as if they are connected to the deck foot railing. But they don't look long enough to reach the water.

Is there a low riding shell - like a crew shell? tethered alongside?

Another odd thing - if you follow the line of the gunwales to the left - toward what should be the stern (based on the flag placed there) - and then look down toward the water level, it looks like there's no hull there! As if that end of the boat is lifted into the air - abandon ship!! :wideyed:

I think you are correct! Their does look to be another boat along side of the bigger boat. Not sure about the lifted up portion. Possibly just faded?
