Help with mirror identification / dating assistance help

Happy New Year to you all.

I have just purchased to resell a mirror - it has some chips to the frame but mirror is in good condition.
It has a phoenix and markings on the back of London and what looks like a bird above a W. View attachment 509675
Any assistance with dating would be appreciated.

That's a great match. Hoho bird is the first time I've ever heard that phrase!.
Not a bad buy from the tip - thank you so much

 

Is the carved bird in the 2nd pic a Kingfisher?
