925 says 1920's but Rainwater gives a range into the 30's.

Peter Locklin died in 1921 but don't know how long the company last after his departure.

Well, the company name included "and Sons" (which I see you already know.) The article does say that one of the sons (John L.) will "continue the business."

 

Still listed in 1934.
