I am not finding Reed & Barton with this mark.

Definitely not Reed & Barton. I went looking for a bit last night when I first saw your question, kard, but came up empty and it was too late to keep going into more obscure sources. I'll try to set some time aside for another search today.

I tried different makers with R and B in the names but no luck.
Did Roger Brothers ever make sterling pieces?

It looks more like a shallow bowl than a plate and would sell best as a fruit bowl rather than a plate,if possible.

It's early 20th C silver, marked as sterling, with an appealing and typical design, which is all that matters.

Just think of it as made by Rudolph and Blitzen, the reindeer silversmiths, in their obscure shed.

    Figtree3 and spirit-of-shiloh like this.
