Help with maker I.D. and age- Match Case

    I obtained the item here recently and know little about it. I believe it is a Sterling Match Case. Can someone assist with explanation of the marks by the maker and estimating the age. Thank you. 20210605_111628.jpg

    Birmingham 1894, maker probably Minshull & Latimer.

    The M&L is the sponsors mark, the lion signifies Sterling silver, the anchor is for the Birmingham assay office (UK) and the 'u' is the date letter.

    Edit: Just to add we call these a Vesta Case in the trade
