I need help deciphering the signature on this promotional #7621" llardro. " Pick of the litter", 1993. Thank you IMG_20230614_202344_(480_x_640_pixel).jpg IMG_20230614_200601287.jpg IMG_20230614_185430661.jpg

I agree, I had eliminated him so that's why I was stumped. Still a mystery.
    Thank you.

I am wondering if it is an athlete or something - they usually sign their name with jersey or players number. Perhaps this belonged to that person -athlete or driver) who autographed it for sale?

I don't think so, knowing who purchased it at a promotional event. I have learned that on occasion a llardro family member would sign a piece. Just having major difficulty deciphering letters. Thank you.

This is an figure like yours but an entirely different signature. I only mention it because I can read this signature of Hugh Robinson. In doing a little looking it seems he was a corporate person and had something to do with the collectors society.

It seems that maybe people other than family and designer may have signed these sometimes.

This one gives a description of him:

Hugh Robinson, former chief executive of Lladro USA and Director of the Lladro Collector's Society.

Knowing it is in the Spanish style of writing is helpful. Gives me a starting point for research. Thank you.
