Help with Lamp Identification

  1. IMG_4908 (1).jpg IMG_4911.jpg IMG_4913.jpg Greetings. I have a vintage brass table lamp with a partial label that I’m hoping someone can identify the maker. The lamp is clearly vintage. Made of brass, very heavy. Sort of a scalloped design. Vintage U.S. power cord with in-line switch that appears to be original. It's missing the top which I am assuming was glass in some form based on the retaining screws (3) around the top ring. The Partial Label on the underside has a depiction of a birds head surrounded by lettering. Any help in identifying the maker of this lamp and or the type of globe it may have originally had will be appreciated. Eclectic Collector

Looks cast then polished - at least the base does. Be a nice looking lamp with a glass scalloped shade.....
