    Hi,
I had this in the "finds forum" but I think it needs to be here since it is getting lost.
The pieces has a yellow, green and blue glaze that reminds me of an onyx glaze. The piece is 26" tall. Does anyone know who, what and when?? 006.JPG 2.JPG 1.JPG 003.JPG 004.JPG
    Thanks,
    greg

Greg, I *think* it a McCoy piece.
I found the pedestal in Sanfords - slightly different colors, but same design.
I did not, however, find the jard.

JMHO. the combination of blue/green/yellow and a simple three- or four digit number points towards Belgium or Northern France

    Hi Messi,
Thanks for looking. The glazes are soooooooo much alike I thought they have to be one in the same. Thanks for find the ped. I could not find it. I think I was too excited to search properly (me bad). I was thinking McCoy's onyx was more brown.
However for 10 bucks I probably will keep it. I have all RRPCo #1400s in my room but I might try to fit this in.

Hi Greg - I think I found it. Reference is Hansen, Nissen, and Hanson's "McCoy Pottery Collector's Reference and Value Guide" pg. 16. Both pieces are shown in the Blended Glaze section and appear to have come in a couple of size and color variations. Time frame = late 1920's. It's a very nice find.

    Hi Fid,
Thanks for your thoughts. The coloring might be but there are no digits on them. It was in the same family for 3 generations, locally.

Fid, without the base I'd call it Doulton Lambeth.
