    [​IMG] I got this painting in a thrift store it’s about 8x10 without the frame and maybe 10x12 with the frame the sig. says Vincent. Makings on the back too if anyone has info it would be awesome thank you

    Kind of a variant "School of Paris" painting after a fashion; reminiscent of Buffet or Levier's "look" ...A Seine river scene BTW

    I looked at the code under the hood for the image she was trying to post and tracked down a slideshow of images on FB.

    If selling you can call it MCM (Mid Century Modern) Cityscape. Probably 60s.

    Without checking, isn't this the way Van Gogh signed his work & didn't he do many paintings of bridges?

    Yes but that’s where the similarities end unless that’s also Asnieres.

    looks as if the artist tried to melt the old Pont de Clichy scenery with the newer tower buildings in the background.
