Help with identification and finding another???

I wanted to find out a little about it. Is it even vintage or just made to look that way? I found a few that looked similar under a name that starts with a “k” ...kubal? Something like that. My mother loves butterflies and I wanted another to give her for christmas....if not I will just give her mine but I’d like to purchase another...
