Help with ID on Elegant Glass Grey Cut Glass

    Please excuse the dust, and the bad photographs. The dish is 10 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 2" deep. I've searched around but haven't had any luck. Thank you.

    My first thought was an early Heisey octagon shape but it would have been decorated by an outside firm. The star on the bottom would have obliterated the mark. Regardless, I think a production date in the first quarter of the 20th century would be about right.
