help with foreign silver panel bracelet TIA!

Picked this up today at the thrift store and for the life of me can't remember the mark I'm in the process now of looking up the words on 2 of the panels but if you wanna chime in on any information please be my guest!

 

The panels say Brussels, Belgium. French pronunciation, I think? I don't get the significance to the "Hamsa" on the end of the chain?

No reference to that mark (star inside a moon?) for Belgium in Tardy. The closest is the .900 large mark for Yugoslavia! hahaha

That is all I could come up with, sorry! hahaha

There are plenty of this type out there, and they all seem to be pointing to being Moroccan made tourist stuff? With it's past relationship to France, this makes sense. Made in Morocco, exported to Belgium? I'm guessing it is plated.

 

Lol maybe because I hunt everyday if it's on my way home from work or just out in about on my day off i make it a point to drop in to the thrift store or flea market. .

 

I see they have Napoleon in there too for good measure but it is a really cheap and nasty piece judging by the workmanship, nothing personal, just not keen on poorly made stuff.
