Featured Help with backstamp Haviland? Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbott

    Need help to clarify this backstamp, are the first letters cfh?
    Is the mark authentic? Plate appears hand painted, any info
    is greatly appreciated. Plate is 9 5/8" diameter. Sample_666.JPEG Sample_667.JPEG

    Yes and Yes. Mark dates it to 1891-1900. Very pretty and looks to be in nice condition.

    Thanks a bunch Don and Cheryl. It is in excellent condition, got it at the thrift storefor $1.00.
    I see I copied and pasted the wrong name attribution for the plate, but...

    Thanks! What threw me off was the "smear" on the first three letters CFH.
