Help with art print

I found this framed print at thrift store. It is titled "Flowers for Irene" and signed by Leo Jansen. I have searched the internet and only found one reference to this print which was a few years ago by someone who is also a member here. He is trying to see if he can look back to see what he found out about it.

Any help would be appreciated!
