Hi everyone. I apologize up front for the pics. I'm not with the item and my sister is sending them to me. I was hoping to get some information like style, age or wood used. Thanks for any help at all.

Not sure about the size. Or where it's from. Our uncle traveled a lot and brought back things from everywhere. They lived in Florida though. The 3rd pic is of the top. I did apologize for the horrendous photos. They're from my sister and she won't be with the stand for a few more days to take more. I was hoping to get at least a style I could call it. This was the first pic she sent. It shows the size standing next to a sofa.

I see late Renaissance Revival as well. Ebonized wood, likely cherry or walnut, with gilt highlights. There may well have been chains through the metal loops on the valences. A very high quality piece, probably made in the northeast U.S. ca. 1880.

Really beautiful, and I agree with Ghopper (of course!), ca 1880.
