I know, I'm calling for people from opposite spectra, but it's this or two separate threads. This pink "jar" has a well molded bottom but also looks to have a ground pontil. Stand 5½" tall and is 3½" across the bottom. Pink Optic Jar (2).JPG Pink Optic Jar (3).JPG Pink Optic Jar (4).JPG

The little cup and saucer are thin and sheer and appear hand painted. Could be jillions like it out there but I've never seen one. The cup stands 2¼" tall and the saucer is just over 4½" in diameter. The cup is unmarked. Demitasse Chinese (2).JPG Demitasse Chinese (1).JPG Demitasse Chinese (4).JPG Demitasse Chinese (5).JPG

As always, any and all input is greatly appreciated. Thanks, y'all!

I'm pretty sure your demitasse and saucer were made in Japan, but could not find an exact match for the marks on Gotheborg.

Thanks, cluttered. That gives me some idea about it. I didn't really think it was that old.

You said the porcelain is very thin, correct? That's why I think it early 1900s. I would guess not later than the 1930s.

Yes, holding the saucer up to the light, I can see my fingers behind it. That helps with finding similars.
