Help with 10 character mark on Seto vase

Hello

I managed to snipe this vase on eBay. I believe it to be a Seto mark, but I don't know anything other than Dai Nippon. I'm hoping to find a family name on here, and I wonder if the symbol at the top is a kiln mark?

I looked through gotheborg and a couple of other sites but couldn't find a match.

It is lovely, Ratsy. Is the brown footrim dirt? Can you wash it off?

Had a good look through that site but nothing similar.

Strangely it looked like that brown colour was painted on, not something I would expect to see on a vase that is otherwise clearly antique/vintage. A quick wipe down with soap and water took it all off, hopefully that was the right thing to do.

 

It was, looks much better now.
