Help to ID Pressed Glass Butter Dish

    Happy Thanksgiving, Everybody! Does anyone know the maker of this butter dish and creamer Height of the butter is 6"...base is 7-1/2" wide. Looks like Heisey but a search doesn't cofirm that and there are no marks. Thanks. DSCN5387.JPG DSCN5388.JPG DSCN5389.JPG DSCN5390.JPG

    Both pieces are Co-Ops' Douglas
