Help me read the stamps. Sugar tongs and spoon.
The sugar tongs seem to be coated with silver and the spoon seems to be made of cupronickel. 20210625_183025.jpg 20210625_183216.jpg 20210625_184650.jpg 20210625_184457.jpg

The D & A mark is for the firm of Daniel and Arter. Silverplated (which is why the surface would possibly test as Silver, even though the only silver is surface only.

The BP in the second item stands for Britannia Plate - silver plate on a base metal of britannia.

For your future reference, britannia is an alloy very similar to pewter which takes silver plating well. Very common base metal for pewterers in Sheffield.

Thank you very much for your help, I figured it out. :) It seems this is 1890, approximately?
