Hello - I have a full set of a tea set which my grandmother left me that her mother left her.

I have no idea what it is or if it’s of any monetary value.

Does the F mean from Florence it a date for 1758? Sorry brand new and looking at many old things out there that may suggest what it means?

Photographs are needed. Someone will be along with instructions for posting them. (And not to worry. All new members have trouble at first.) In the meantime, you can do a Photo Search for your set here: www.replacements.com.

Is it valuable in anyway. For me it’s a keep sake but worth knowing so we perhaps don't use it too much.

If you are going to use, hand wash only! These things were not made with the harshness of dishwashers in mind.

Unlikely to hold much value as people don't generally want/use tea sets nowadays and want to stick everything in the dishwasher.
However, we'd need some photos of the set to be sure. Attractiveness of design can boost price a bit. :)
    No other marks?
