Help me ID this antique chair

    Hi,

    My grandparents from the UK recently passed away and I found this chair. Could anyone tell me a little about it? (What type of chair / period etc...).

    Style is throwing me on this one. It has some French elements but I am not so sure that it is French. I think it is from about 1880 give or take and may be walnut (Hard to tell from this pic.).
